ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

In order to achieve the excellent quality of our olive oil, we carefully choose the right time for the harvest of the olive fruit, and we carry out the oil extraction on the same day using state-of-the-art machines.

The product is then stored in special stainless-steel tanks at a constant temperature.

We produce organic, extra virgin olive oil from the “Koroneiki” variety, with an intensely fruity aroma and spicy taste due to its high concentration of polyphenols.
